An excited Jack and a tired (and a little grumpy) Ryan at the North Pole Express! We had such a FUN time with Jack and Ryan today riding the "North Pole Express" at the Grapevine Vintage Railroad Depot! For two little guys who just LOVE LOVE LOVE trains, this is a wonderful experience that they look forward to around the holidays each year! They sang Christmas carols, rode the train, got to visit with Santa, and even went on a Pony ride and saw some fun decorations in downtown Grapevine!
As we walked through Main Street in Grapevine (yes, it really is called Main Street) and heard the beautiful Christmas music that was piped in through speakers throughout the historic downtown district, I told Steve that at times like these I am convinced we live in Mayberry! We feel very fortunate to get to raise our children in such a wonderful community!
